Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor specializing in Rotatory Maintenance for a short-term assignment of 25 days. This role requires a highly skilled professional to oversee and manage rotatory equipment maintenance activities at the plant.   • Minimum 7 years of experience in mechanical supervision with a focus on rotatory maintenance.
  • Proven hands-on experience with rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, fans, blowers, gearboxes, and motors.
  • Experience working in a plant environment, preferably in oil & gas, power, chemical, or similar industries.
  • Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of rotatory equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret P&ID, maintenance manuals, and technical drawings.
  • Skilled in using measuring and alignment tools like dial gauges, laser alignment tools, feeler gauges, micrometers, and vernier calipers.
  • Good leadership and communication skills to manage and coordinate maintenance teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and practices related to mechanical maintenance.
  • Ability to work efficiently under a short-term contract of 25 days with a focus on timely completion of maintenance tasks.
