
Social Media Executive, Time Out Saudi

- Create and distribute daily and hourly content produced by the Time Out team across brand social media accounts.
- Ensure daily content targets and goals are met, and content is posted at newsroom speed.
- Identify the best platform for a particular piece of content, deliver it creatively and to a high editorial standard, across media including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube and WhatsApp.
- Alongside the Editor in Chief, plan, keep and execute a social media calendar in line with the overall editorial strategy and calendar.
- Work with the Time Out editorial team to ensure our social media strategy informs and contributes to the overall editorial content strategy and calendar.
- Work with the Editor in Chief to ensure ALL content reflects overall content / editorial strategy.
- Devise a social media strategy that reaches, engages, informs and entertains a large audience, within the Time Out voice and brand guidelines.
- Have your eyes on the next big thing – whether social media platform or trend on an existing platform, and quickly identify how Time Out can activate.

- Robust experience across a wide range of social media platforms.
- Confidence going out and about, shooting video on smartphones to create killer social content.
- Social media reporting experience.
- Ability to self-supervise and meet deadlines.
- Education: Must be educated to degree level or equivalent industry qualification.
- Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English, spoken and written Arabic desirable.
