The successful candidate will be responsible for rigorously testing the software integrations crafted by our Integration Operations Specialists. This role demands exceptional problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and the capacity to thrive while multitasking.What You Will Do❓
- Conduct comprehensive testing and troubleshooting of software integrations to ensure their reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to facilitate the seamless integration of new features and functionalities.
- Participate in daily meetings with the team, partners, and stakeholders worldwide to discuss integration progress, technical details, and best practices for integration with Foodics Marketplace.
- Test various integration flows, including but not limited to ERP, Online Ordering, Accounting, Delivery Management, Digital Receipt Systems, Table Payments, and Reservation applications.
- Engage in direct communication with internal teams and external companies for technical discussions and integration-related matters.
- Validate the technical integration of partners, ensuring compliance requirements are met and desired acceptance quality between Foodics and other systems is achieved.
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience in API utilization and testing.
- Profound understanding of web services, data formats, and RESTful APIs.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
- Familiarity with online ordering, accounting software, and ERP platforms is advantageous.
- Proficiency in testing frameworks and tools for integration testing.
- Extensive experience in designing and executing test cases for complex integration scenarios.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, including black-box testing, regression testing, and end-to-end testing.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage testing activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in identifying and documenting software defects, including detailed steps to reproduce and impact analysis.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with development teams and articulate testing results effectively.
