About the job Factory Manager- Aluminum IndustryOne of our clients in Saudi Arabia, and is hiring for the position of Factory Manager.Position: Factory Manager{Facade and Aluminum Industry}Location: Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaEmployment type: Full-timeNotice Period: Immediate joiners or a maximum one-month notice period.Applicants are requested to apply with their updated resumes and then click the following link to update their details to speed up the process of recruitment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee day-to-day operations of the aluminum façade and glazing production facility, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to production targets.Manage fabrication processes for aluminum curtain walls, composite panels, doors, windows, and insulated glass works.Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules, coordinating manpower, materials, machinery (including CNC), and budget to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals.Enforce strict quality assurance/control protocols at all production stages; inspect outputs and take corrective actions to maintain standards.Supervise production and technical teams, including engineers, supervisors, and machine operators; conduct performance reviews, training assessments, and hiring in collaboration with HR.Resolve production issues proactively, conduct root-cause analysis, and lead continuous improvement plans.Coordinate with project, design, procurement, and site teams to align production with project plans and ensure technical compliance.Generate and present regular production reports daily, weekly, and monthly highlighting KPIs, variances, and improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of occupational health and workplace safety.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelors degree in Mechanical, Production, Civil, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in aluminum façade/glazing manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role preferably within Saudi Arabia.Deep knowledge of production processes for aluminum façade systems: curtain walls, composite panels, insulated/glazed units.Strong planning and scheduling skills; proficiency with tools like AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and Microsoft Office.Familiarity with CNC machining, fabrication equipment, QA/QC systems, and cost-control methodologies.Excellent leadership, communication, time-management skills; fluent in English (Arabic is advantageous).Note: We thank all applicants for their interest however, only those candidates who are shortlisted will be contacted
