- Ensure fulfilling contractual requirements, including terms and conditions, as well as complying with company policy and organizational strategy.
- Manage and coordinate all variation orders / change orders as required by client in coordination with concerned function.
- Develop and ensure implementation of an empowering methodology and tools for project management to ensure delivery of planned outputs, benefits; and ultimately contributing to organizational strategy and objectives.
- Ensure translation of the company / project objectives, policies and requirements into a Project Plan.
- Implement Project Plans and monitor performance against Project Plan parameters, coordinate and follow-up areas of concern, analyse trends, take preventive and corrective action and report.
- Ensure all projects delivery is compliant with ACGC project management methodology.
- Ensures that all tasks have been clearly defined and understood by the Site Management and that responsibilities are assigned, and associated authorizations are delegated.
- Maintain timely reporting that monitors projects progress using various systems and tools that facilitate decision making and raise unresolved risks or issues to the right stakeholder internally or externally.
- Foster project management and execution culture through training, awareness, coaching and mentoring of project management resources within ACGC.
- Coordinate and liaise with client and other external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and liaise with all related departments internally to ensure effective information / communication flow between upstream and downstream parties.
- Maintain project library including the archiving and dissemination of lessons learned.
- Participate in improving the sustainability, adequacy and effectiveness of quality management system. Ensure the continuous improvement of business processes.
- Perform other related activities as required.
