- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Tahaluf's mission to advance economic growth in Saudi Arabia
- Curate high-quality sessions, workshops, and presentations that showcase innovation and thought leadership
- Identify and secure industry experts, thought leaders, and influential speakers
- Oversee content creation across digital platforms, including website, social media, and marketing materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content supports business objectives
- Analyse content performance and audience engagement to continuously improve offerings
- Stay ahead of industry trends and developments to ensure content remains relevant and forward-thinking
- Train the production team in SADCRAB, including enhancing skill sets across copy writing, research, deadlines, and briefings
- Manage scheduling of the production team across multiple months on the lead up to the event, including mini-initiatives and satellite events
- Extensive knowledge of content strategy and development, in events sector
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and direct content teams
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strategic thinking with a focus on audience engagement and business outcomes
- Experience working in international environments with diverse stakeholders
- Passion for creating impactful content that drives industry conversations
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience in a management role with strong editorial and client liaison skills
- Track record of driving client, revenue, and team growth
- Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in Middle East region
- Arabic language skills are a plus
