Key Responsibilities of an AV Technician:
Equipment Setup and Operation: Installing, configuring, and testing AV equipment like projectors, screens, speakers, microphones, and sound mixing consoles.
Event Support: Operating equipment during live events, conferences, presentations, and performances, ensuring smooth audio and visual delivery.
Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical problems with AV equipment, providing solutions and support to clients.
Equipment Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance, repairs, and cleaning of AV equipment, and managing inventory.
Client Communication: Collaborating with clients to understand their AV needs and ensuring their requirements are met.
Technical Support: Providing technical assistance and guidance to users of AV equipment.
Safety Compliance: Ensuring all equipment is set up and operated safely.
Event Coordination: Working with event organizers to plan and execute AV aspects of events.
