This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about sustainability and community engagement. The CSR Representative will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing CSR initiatives that align with the organization values and objectives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders.Responsibilities: * Develop and implement CSR strategies that align with the company's mission and values.

Engage with local communities to identify their needs and how the company can contribute positively.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CSR initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with internal departments to integrate CSR into business operations and culture.
Organize community outreach programs, workshops, and events to promote social responsibility.
Build and maintain relationships with non-profit organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
Conduct research on industry best practices and trends in CSR to inform strategy.
Prepare and present reports on CSR activities and outcomes to senior management.
Advocate for sustainability initiatives within the organization.

Fluency in both English and Arabic is a plus.
