Ensure inspection and testing of materials, equipment, and workmanship to verify compliance.
Review and approve project documentation including quality control plans, inspection test plans (ITPs), and method statements.
Conduct and oversee internal and external quality audits and inspections.
Liaise with ARAMCO inspectors and ensure all quality-related requirements are met.
Monitor and control non-conformance reports (NCRs), ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with construction teams to ensure quality standards are integrated into all phases of construction.
Lead root cause analysis of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Organize and facilitate quality meetings, reviews, and progress reports.
Provide guidance and training to project personnel on quality standards and procedures.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of quality activities.
Verify that all materials and equipment used meet project specifications and ARAMCO standards.
Manage the QA/QC team, including inspectors and technicians.
Support the commissioning and handover process by ensuring all quality requirements are fulfilled.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
ARAMCO-approved QA/QC certification or approval.
Proven experience in implementing quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001, ARAMCO standards, and project specifications.
Extensive knowledge of construction materials, welding, NDT, and inspection techniques.
Familiarity with ARAMCO quality requirements and inspection procedures.
Experience in conducting audits, inspections, and handling NCRs.
Strong understanding of project documentation, ITPs, and quality control plans.
