- Ensuring that telecom engineering is developed with complete information all multidisciplinary information has been included in the engineering development in line with Saudi Utilities specifications and customers.
- Evaluating, selecting, and adapting standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform tasks for conventional projects with moderately complex features. Authorization and acts as a design authority for engineering deliverables in all applicable engineering disciplines.
- Technical hands-on Technology and relevant Product experience i.e. DWDM, SDH, MPLS-TP, IP/MPLS, Data Voice Multiplexer, IP Telephony, RFTS and DC-DC Convertor.
- Knowhow and hands-on experience in Utility specifications and engineering design process.
- Acting as technical design authority for a particular engineering discipline and completes engineering assignments for that discipline and collaborate on project installation, commissioning, and site activities, clarifying potential issues, or providing solutions to correct engineering errors.
- Providing technical support to commissioning and start-up activities and travelling, when necessary, within activity location for customer meetings, workshop, technical POC and design review meeting and sales support creates project engineering proposals through coordination of proposal documents and engineering estimates. Performs engineering risk analysis before submitting proposal.
- Contract management supports issuing claims (new scope of work, cost impact, time impact, risk quantifications, etc.).
- Planning and control Define project tasks and ensure allocation of these tasks among project team members. Defining schedule, cost, and quality metrics. Coordinating the creation of work plans and cost estimates in all applicable engineering disciplines.
- Evaluating risks and opportunities, strategizes mitigation of one’s engineering projects or programs. Supporting the Project Manager in overall project risk and opportunity assessments, and implementation of resulting actions.
- Customer works with customers to shape and deliver solutions, seeking feedback and innovating with the customer to drive and deliver improvements. Attending project meetings and presents all technical aspects of project assignments. Interacts with officials, contractors, suppliers, and others.
- Supply chain management oversees the creation of subcontracts and manages the subcontractors jointly with other involved functions, including supply chain management. Negotiate claims and engineering changes.
- Technical leadership and knowledge sharing collaborations and networks with engineering colleagues within HE and externally and sharing best practice across different projects and disciplines.

- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant Telecom/Electrical engineering is required.
- Sound Knowledge of Cyber Security Product's and System.
- Minimum 8- 10 years of relevant telecom related projects engineering is preferred.
- Relevant utility and oil & Gas industry/Kingdom telecom experience is required.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English is required.
