- Maintain PMO trackers and simple logs in Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting, basic formulas).
- Prepare and format documents in Microsoft Word; create PowerPoint slides for internal updates.
- Manage meeting room bookings, calendars, and simple schedules; coordinate invites and follow‑ups.
- Take concise meeting notes and track action items under PMO guidance.
- Implement file management standards (shared folders, naming conventions, version basics).
- Support basic document control (intake, registers, distribution lists).
- Handle general admin tasks: photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing.
- Provide clerical support to other departments when required.
- ✅ Saudi national with valid ID and ability to work in Riyadh.
- ✅ High School Diploma (or above).
- ✅ 0–2 years' experience in reception/office support (fresh graduates welcome).
- ✅ Intermediate English communication (spoken and written).
- ✅ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and calendar/meeting tools.
- ✅ Professional presence, clear communication, and customer‑service mindset.
- ✅ Organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented with good communication and customer‑service skills.
