- Achieve sales targets by generating business opportunities and RFPs aligned with company growth strategies.
- Drive the end-to-end sales process from inquiry/RFP stage through to successful deal closure. Lead the preparation of proposals, pre-qualifications, and client presentations.
- Monitor market trends, customer developments, and project pipelines, ensuring timely reporting and quality assessment of opportunities.
- Maintain and update sales MIS while supporting contract negotiations and extensions where required.
- Develop and implement market-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and profitability.
- Conduct market research to identify new service opportunities and strengthen competitive positioning.
- Analyze competitors and market trends to define winning strategies and keep the team informed of key developments.
- Promote and enhance the visibility of the organization's services while identifying potential clients, engaging with them, and organizing presentations to effectively showcase offerings.
- Develop and implement relationship strategies to maximise our chances of profitably securing strategically important new business.
- Contribute to the development of a customer-focused service and a positive corporate image, including the maintenance of good working relationship with client, client representatives.
- Prospect new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to secure strategically important and profitable business.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement marketing and business development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Liaise with internal departments such as Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Human Resources to ensure effective coordination.
- Strong client relationship management and ability to develop business through solution-based selling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience in winning business within a service industry, particularly in FM or related sectors.
- Solid commercial awareness including budgeting, costing, and understanding of profit and loss. Strong networking skills within the FM/Property industry, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Bachelors degree in relevant background, preferably in Engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in FM industry in KSA
- KSA Driving License
