Quality Supervisor: Dammam 3rd Industrial city

• Designs and installs quality control process sampling systems, procedures, and statistical techniques.

• Designs or specifies inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment.

• Analyzes production limitations and standards.

• Recommends revision of specifications when indicated.

• Formulates or assists in formulating quality control policies and procedures.

• Develops the economics of any quality control program when required.

• Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting

• Establishes program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement and facilities.

• Performs quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including

• Applies statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate the current process and process changes.

• Reviews all purchased products or components and provides input to the decision to accept the product and future

• Prepares relevant reports, forms and verify the results of quality activities.

• Prepares and presents technical and program information to team members and management.

• Directs technical and administrative workers engaged in quality activities.

• Maintains a working knowledge of government and industry quality codes and standards.

• Responsible for the entire quality of production at all operations and projects in coating.

• Maintain Company QA programs and QMS, conducts ISO 9001-2015 internal and external audits.

• Root cause analysis, preventive and reactive action analysis.

• Provides quality training to all the employees.

• Supervise the entire quality team comprising of lead inspectors, QA/QC inspectors and Lab Inspectors.

• Responsible for plant qualification, product qualification and quarterly sample corporate quality approval.

• Handling quality documents like ITP, QAR, NCR, MOC, PCP, COC and IC.

• Perform another work-related task as assigned.

• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE procedures and policies.

• Bachelor of Engineering: Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of related experience in similar work environment
• experience in conducting OCTG products Inspection and Quality supervision on various Corrosion control processes including Powder and Liquid Coating, represent the completion tools assembly. Successful at managing customer expectations and delivering exceptional results built on extensive industry knowledge.
