Are you ready to build a sales department from the ground up?We’re a growing industrial trading company seeking a Technical Sales Engineer (Manager) to lead our sales efforts in bulk material handling solutions, mills, motors, and industrial parts for the cement, mining, and heavy industries sectors.This is a foundational role — you’ll be our first sales hire, responsible for:

Developing our sales strategy and client pipeline from scratch.
Setting up and managing a sales ERP/CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and aftersales.
Building relationships with EPC contractors, cement plants, mining companies, and industrial customers.
Providing technical solutions and product expertise for conveyors, feeders, elevators, mills, motors, and spare parts.
Preparing quotations, tenders, and proposals with a solutions-driven approach.
Establishing processes and KPIs for a scalable sales function.
Acting as the bridge between suppliers/OEMs and clients, ensuring smooth technical and commercial support.
