  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to optimize operational performance.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, candidates, and industry partners.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in recruitment and employee placement.
  • Implement technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
