- Lead the planning, design, development and delivery sports arena projects, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and schedule.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to drive project delivery while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
- Develop project execution plans, identifying key milestones and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and changes, facilitating effective communication with senior management and stakeholders.
- Foster relationships with local authorities, stakeholders, and industry partners to promote successful project outcomes.
- Implement project management best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Mentor and guide project teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and improve future project performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in project management and must have delivered at least one sports arena/stadium project from design to handover stage
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale sports assets projects,
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead diverse teams and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
