- Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product/service demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, finance) to ensure smooth delivery of services or products.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
- Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the department.
- Record all sales activities in CRM systems and provide regular reports to management.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company
