- Coordinate activities to deliver key elements of the annual business plan within set timelines and budgets.
- Guide and manage daily operations of design teams across multiple project phases.
- Ensure design briefs and stakeholder requirements are met and maintained.
- Provide operational support to deployed design management resources to ensure aligned outputs.
- Collect, analyse, and present KPIs and performance data to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to work-winning efforts.
- Ensure adherence to project governance and management systems throughout all lifecycle stages.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to maintain integrated deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement by leveraging best practices and internal knowledge networks.
- Contribute actively to sustainability and carbon reduction initiatives across project delivery.
- Degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant professional membership (RIBA, CIOB, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience in managing design during the construction delivery phase of large projects.
- Strong knowledge of governance processes, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation.
- Previous experience in the Middle East with client approval requirements for Saudi Arabia.
- Ability to manage complex, high-value developments within a consultancy framework.
