We are seeking dynamic Sales & Marketing Engineers to join our team in the telecom sector.Role Overview
As a Sales & Marketing Engineer, you will bridge the gap between technical solutions and customer needs—crafting proposals, presenting product capabilities, and closing deals that drive both client success and company growth.Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Sales & Demos: Translate complex telecom products and services into clear, compelling presentations.
  • Market Development: Research and identify new market segments, prospects, and partnership opportunities.
  • Proposal Engineering: Lead the preparation of technical proposals, RFP responses, and cost estimates.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long‑term customer relationships.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and secure new business to meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirement:
  • 3–5 Years’ Experience in telecom sales, systems engineering, or related B2B technical roles
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or similar
  • Strong Communication Skills: Able to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Negotiation Expertise: Proven track record of closing deals and achieving quotas
