- Responsible for attending regular customer meeting, Project follow up meetings and site coordination meetings.
- He/She together with Project manager will be point of contact between customer and KONE for all technical points.
- Responsible for finding the optimal KONE product to meet the customer’s needs for non-standard and Major projects case.
- Selects the correct product platform on which to make the offer.
- Responsible for placing the order to factory includes the correct documentation and procedure
- Follow up the manufacturing and coordinate the material delivery dates to operation.
- Participates in product and new service release information-sharing sessions
- Provides technical trainings to Sales, Installation and Maintenance as per Front Line needs
- Offers input to the product offering management about customization, standardization and interface requirements for the portfolio.
- Hold Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in elevator business or another relevant field.
- Excellent verbal and written English and Arabic language skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Understanding of different building types and customer segments
- Good knowledge of environmental and sustainability requirements and norms
- Good CAD and optional BIM skills
- Basic knowledge of competitors’ products
- Good understanding a product’s total costing is built up &local norms and regulations.
