We are looking for a Freelance Recruitment Officer who can support us in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates as per our client’s requirements. The ideal candidate should have experience in international recruitment (especially Gulf countries) and must be able to handle end-to-end hiring process.Responsibilities:Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networksScreen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirementsSchedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidatesMaintain database of applicants and provide regular reportsEnsure timely communication with both candidates and employersRequirements:Proven experience in recruitment (Gulf / Overseas hiring preferred)Strong communication & negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesFamiliarity with online job portals & sourcing toolsFreelance / Remote working – flexible timingContract Type: Freelance (Project-based / Ongoing)
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
