Preparing, review 3D models (Arch/Str) for all the assets in the projects (buildings, roads, gates…etc.).
Preparing and delivering presentations to client management teams.
Aligning models breakdown with the program WBS and vice versa.
Coordinating 4D information between planning, construction, and technical teams.
Managing and coordinating BIM standards development, implementation, and quality on all related files and models.
Developing and implement project 4D strategy and understand the scope of work for all stockholders.
Troubleshooting any BIM related issues
Attending & calling for coordination Meetings
QualificationsTo be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 6 years of experience partnered with Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent field.Advanced proficiency in a range of computer aided design tools including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and various Revit add-ins such as Dynamo, and integration tools with Specification, Energy Analysis, Cost control, Engineering analysis.Advance proficiency in BIM360 Docs and Design (ACC).KEO’s performance is founded upon integrity, results, innovation, safety and our people.
