Job Description:Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a dedicated and strategic Manager - Operational Readiness to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of ensuring that all operational aspects are meticulously planned and executed in preparation for the launch of our world-class entertainment and sports facilities. Your expertise will be central in enhancing operational processes and team readiness, allowing for an unparalleled guest experience.Key Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive operational readiness strategies for upcoming projects, ensuring seamless integration with corporate objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams, including project management and design, to ensure operational requirements are strategically incorporated throughout project phases.
Perform operational readiness evaluations prior to openings to identify readiness levels and align resources effectively.
Lead the creation and execution of training modules and programs for staff to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
Monitor KPIs to assess operational performance and readiness, preparing detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate operational risks that could impact project launches, fostering a proactive approach to problem resolution.
Champion guest experience initiatives to deliver exceptional service that aligns with Qiddiya's mission and vision.

Requirements:· A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operational Management, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.· Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or readiness, preferably within the entertainment or leisure industries.· Proven track record in developing operational strategies and executing successful project launches.· Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving collaborative efforts.· Excellent analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex data and making informed decisions.· Superior communication and relationship-building abilities to engage various stakeholders effectively.· Experience in designing and implementing effective training programs for operational staff.· Strong organizational capabilities with an aptitude for managing multiple projects simultaneously.· Understanding of local culture and regulatory frameworks in Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.Benefits:Comprehensive benefits package
