- Plan and coordinate turnaround activities, ensuring all maintenance tasks are executed efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess maintenance, reliability, and turnaround needs.
- Analyze equipment reliability data to determine critical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and monitor KPIs related to maintenance and turnaround performance.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential turnaround challenges.
- Implement best practices in maintenance and reliability to enhance overall equipment effectiveness.
- Engage with vendors and contractors to ensure the quality of work during turnaround projects.
- Facilitate training sessions to improve the skills and knowledge of the maintenance team.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance and turnaround activities.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project status and results to stakeholders.
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering with 10+ years of experience in the filed of assets management, reliability, maintenance or turnarounds.
- Certifications in CMRP or Project Management are desired.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and reliability engineering principles.
- Experience with planning and executing turnaround activities.
- Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
