Job Purpose:
To promote and sell the company’s freight services (land, sea, air, or express shipping), build
strong customer relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets and customer base
growth.???? Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the freight and logistics sector.
  • Visit existing and potential clients to present freight solutions and services.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth shipment execution.
  • Submit regular sales activity and market feedback reports to management.
  • Follow up on client payments in coordination with the finance department.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions regarding shipment issues.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and logistics events.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Logistics).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the freight/shipping industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Valid driver’s license (if the role involves field visits).
  • Good command of English (especially useful for international dealings).
Work Environment:
Combination of office work and field visits to clients and logistics hubs.
