Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements, scope of work, and business objectives.- Design and propose solutions across IT infrastructure, networking, SCS, Security, AV, GRMS, and system integration domains.- Conduct product demonstrations, technical workshops, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for customers.- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and bill of materials (BoM).- Ensure solutions are aligned with client needs, company portfolio, and vendor technologies.- Collaborate with vendors and distributors to obtain best technical and commercial offers.- Provide technical guidance during the sales cycle, including presentations and consultations with C-level executives.- Keep updated with latest technologies, products, and certifications from major vendors (e.g., RUCKUS, R&M, HANWHA TECHWIN, Fortinet, Dell, HPE).- Support the handover process from presales to post-sales/project implementation teams.- Contribute to business growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
