Role Overview:The Project Manager / PMO – Corporate & Office Operations will be responsible for managing the administrative, governance, and performance framework of a large-scale PIF project.This is not a construction site role. It is a corporate-side project management position focused on SLAs, reporting structures, governance controls, custom clearness coordination on behave of the project owner, and internal execution discipline.The successful candidate will bring consulting rigor — ideally from Big Four (KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, EY) — with a proven track record managing complex, transformation and multi-stakeholder projects.Job Duties:
  • Establish and manage project governance frameworks across internal departments
  • Coordinate with all vendors and agency for custom clearness coordination on behave of the project owner
  • Design, monitor and enforce SLAs across contractors, service providers and JV partners
  • Develop reporting dashboards and executive-level performance packs
  • Track KPIs across commercial, operational and compliance functions
  • Lead cross-functional coordination meetings and follow-up execution
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement structured solutions
  • Support CEO with strategic planning documentation and board reporting
