- Supervise and manage food and beverage staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a motivated and skilled team
- Maintain consistent service quality and operational standards across all F&B outlets, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels, manage costs, and implement strategies to optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards
- Ensure health, safety, and sanitation regulations are strictly adhered to in all food preparation and service areas
- Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations during peak service periods
- Conduct staff training and development programs to enhance service skills and product knowledge
- Analyze operational metrics and prepare reports on performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Manage reservations, special events, and customized dining experiences to exceed guest expectations
- Maintain organized records of staff schedules, inventory, and financial reports
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience in food and beverage operations within a hospitality setting
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, menu planning, and service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software
- Solid understanding of inventory management, cost control, and budget management
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and decisiveness in high-pressure environments
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations in food service operations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Multilingual abilities (Arabic and English preferred) are advantageous
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in a luxury hospitality environment
