(Saudi National Only)Grade: 5Location: RiyadhWorking hours: full timeAdvert closing: 16/09/2025Responsibilities· The role of the SN Training Superintendent is to equip RSAF with the knowledge and skills necessary to independently and indigenously mange and supervise OJT training programs and EWC training to military and civilian Saudi Nationals.· The aim of SN Training Superintendent to become an integral member of the RSAF training team to provide assistance and support the training team with:· Plans and organizes facilities in individual and unit training requirements· Assists operating officials in developing and conducting effective OJT in various· Speciality training programs.· Plans and organizes training programs.· Maintains liaison with technical training centres/ Directorate of Air Training (DAT) in· Support of EWC`s qualification training and OJT.· Evaluate and recommends actions to improve effectiveness of OJT in all specialities.· Supervises the preparation and maintenance of OJT and qualification training records and· Reporting systems.· Evaluates OJT and recommends actions to correct training deficiencies.· Provides OJT advisory serviced sections.· Develops training procedures and evaluation methods in support of operational requirements.· Coordinates training activities.· Monitoring and assessment of contractor team member’s training skills and knowledge;· Maintain the EWC AFSC`s Consolidated Training Record;· Develop EW Training Management Plans;· Deliver OJT in training delivery to the RSAF;· Develop and maintain training processes and procedures;· Manage and maintain training processes and procedures for the STS.· In addition, the post is to carry out any further functions requested by the RSAF training.Job Requirements:The job holder must have one of the following:· university graduate with 5 years prior experience in Training· 9 level in related field with 5 years prior experience Training.· 7 level in EW related field with 10 years prior experience Training.· Computer applications course.SAUDI NATIONAL EMPLOYEE BENEFITSIn return for the required high levels of commitment and hard work you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package, including a generous leave and leave allowance, a full health care scheme and access to discounted gym membership.BAE SystemsBAE Systems has a heritage of commitment to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
