He will also lead the optimisation of existing products and processes through effective prioritisation, coordination, and management of product development resource.We are looking for a motivated and driven Product Development Manager who will offer expertise in the field of processed cheese with core experience in spreadable cream cheese, dairy and analogue cheese (spreadable and portions), mozzarella cheese (Dairy and Analogue) and the latest cheese process technology.We will contact candidates who have met essential requirements below:

Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology or relevant Science Degree (or at least level 5 and above Food related qualification)
At least 15 years' product development management experience within food industry
Relevant experience in the field of processed cheese - Dairy & analogue cheese, mozzarella cheese and the latest cheese process technology
Proficient in English language
At least HACCP intermediate and ISO 22000 certified preferred
