We encourage applications from candidates from all backgrounds and diversity characteristics and warmly encourage disabled or neuro divergent candidates to apply.Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee mechanical commissioning processes across project phases.Develop and execute commissioning plans, checklists, and performance tests.Review design documents, specifications, and submittals for compliance.Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients to resolve technical issues.Verify system performance, troubleshoot deficiencies, and ensure corrective actions.Prepare commissioning reports and handover documentation.Mentor junior staff and contribute to process improvements.QualificationsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Experience in mechanical system commissioning.Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and related systems.Familiarity with industry standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, LEED, etc.).Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Moving forward togetherWe’re committed to building a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace where everyone feels they belong, can bring themselves, and are heard.
