A renowned Filipino/ Asian Cuisine fine dining restaurant in Riyadh is looking for experienced and dedicated managers to join our team.Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in a fine dining restaurant within Saudi Arabia
A valid and transferable Iqama is a must.
Maintaining safety and food quality standards
Supervising daily shift operations, including front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste
Appraising staff performance and disciplining or retraining employees to correct poor performance
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Familiarity with Filipino/ Asian Cuisine and customer service standards in fine dining
preference will be given to, those who know the Filipino language.Application Process
