
Airport CAD/BIM Technicians

- Develop, manage, and maintain high-quality CAD drawings and BIM models for airport infrastructure including runways, taxiways, aprons, and terminal facilities.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and planners to ensure accurate and coordinated design documentation.
- Adhere to project-specific CAD/BIM standards, templates, and workflows in compliance with ICAO, FAA, and GACA requirements.
- Assist in clash detection, model reviews, and the integration of data-rich 3D models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the development of digital design strategies and contribute to continuous improvement of BIM/CAD practices.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Drafting, or a related technical discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in CAD/BIM drafting and modelling for aviation or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience working on airport or airside design projects is essential.
- Familiarity with Middle East project requirements, especially in KSA, is highly desirable.
- Experience in working within multidisciplinary teams and delivering documentation aligned with international aviation and BIM standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM authoring or coordination tools.
- Solid understanding of CAD/BIM standards such as ISO 19650, and aviation-related codes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
