Eram Talent is currently hiring for the position of Project Completions Manager for one of our esteemed clients in the Oil & Energy industry. The Project Completions Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of completion activities for projects, ensuring successful project delivery within schedule and budget.Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project completion strategies, plans, and procedures.
  • Oversee the management of completion activities and resources.
  • Coordinate with engineering, operations, and other relevant teams to ensure seamless integration of completion activities within the overall project plan.
  • Monitor and track project completion progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and specifications.
  • Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team.
  • Prepare and present project completion reports and updates to management.
  • Conduct lessons learned sessions and implement improvements for future projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project completions management, preferably in the Oil & Energy industry.
  • Ability to lead a team of engineers/supervisors for the execution of Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and start-up activities
  • Experience in EPC Projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing completion activities for large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
