- Develop and execute project completion strategies, plans, and procedures.
- Oversee the management of completion activities and resources.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and other relevant teams to ensure seamless integration of completion activities within the overall project plan.
- Monitor and track project completion progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and specifications.
- Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team.
- Prepare and present project completion reports and updates to management.
- Conduct lessons learned sessions and implement improvements for future projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project completions management, preferably in the Oil & Energy industry.
- Ability to lead a team of engineers/supervisors for the execution of Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and start-up activities
- Experience in EPC Projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing completion activities for large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with relevant industry codes, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
