- Assist in the development of comprehensive implementation plans that align with overall project objectives and timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and performance against established KPIs, preparing regular reports for management and stakeholders.
- Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the implementation phase, facilitating resolutions in a timely manner.
- Support project management activities, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and scheduling.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights and suggestions based on project outcomes.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings, workshops, and reviews to align project goals and updates.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 9-12 years of experience in project management or implementation roles, preferably within large-scale development or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly.
