- Develop and sustain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to clearly understand their business needs and technology requirements.
- Act as a strategic partner for IT by delivering effective communication and insights regarding IT services and solutions.
- Drive the alignment of IT initiatives with business objectives, ensuring that both departments work towards common goals.
- Lead the identification and prioritization of IT projects that add significant value to the organization.
- Oversee project management processes for IT initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Gather and analyze feedback from various business units to continuously improve IT performance and service delivery.
- Advise management on best practices for technology adoption and innovation aligned with industry standards.
- Monitor and report on service levels, ensuring that SLAs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to deliver robust technology solutions facilitating operational excellence.
- Keep informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to inform strategic recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years specifically in a business relationship management role.
- Solid understanding of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
- Proven history of successful project management and team leadership within IT.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
- Experience in managing multiple projects and priorities efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Track record in stakeholder engagement and managing change to promote technology adoption.
