Plant HR Administrator (Saudi Arabia)Overview:
The Plant HR Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive human resources support within a manufacturing plant. This role encompasses administrative HR tasks, recruitment coordination, payroll support, employee relations, and compliance with Saudi labor regulations. The position is key to ensuring smooth HR operations, supporting plant leadership, and fostering a positive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage administrative HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding of plant personnel
  • Maintain and update employee records, manage HR documentation, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management; conduct monthly audits of work leaves and absences
  • Handle employee benefits administration, including medical insurance, GOSI, WPS, MHRSD, Qiwa, and Mudad processes
  • Assist with performance appraisal processes, training records, and employee development initiatives
  • Coordinate and support employee programs, events, and recognition activities to promote a positive workplace environment
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries from plant employees and management
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, company policies, and health and safety regulations
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate records for audits and management review
  • Liaise with plant leadership, external agencies, and government entities as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of HR administration experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, HR policies, and government portals (GOSI, MHRSD, Qiwa, Mudad)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR management systems
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; fluency in English required, Arabic is an advantage
  • High attention to detail, ability to handle confidential information, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
