- Contribute to the education and training of residents and fellows, fostering the next generation of critical care specialists.
- Board-certified or equivalent in Surgery with subspecialty training in Adult Surgical Critical Care or Intensive Care Medicine from Europe, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a busy adult surgical critical care unit with demonstrably positive patient outcomes.
- Proven expertise in managing diverse critical illnesses in surgical patients and utilizing advanced therapies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with a calm and decisive approach in high-pressure situations.
- A strong commitment to patient-centred care and building trust with families during vulnerable times.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic language skills are a plus.
