- Review and screen resumes to evaluate candidate qualifications based on role requirements.
- Source candidates by posting over social media platforms
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' experience, availability, interest, and alignment with company values.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Communicate effectively with candidates to provide updates and schedule interviews with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand role requirements and refine screening criteria as needed.
- Ensure all screening and hiring practices comply with company policies and employment laws.
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the screening process.
- Assist in creating and posting job advertisements across job boards and social media platforms when needed.
- English Fluency is a must ( C1 Level )
- University Graduate.
- 1 year of mass hiring experience.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate information professionally.
