Accountant (Night Auditor)

*Verify and reconcile the accounts, ensuring all transactions are correctly posted.
*Provide exceptional service throughout the night shift.
*Assist the cashiers with inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
*Maintain a safe and secure environment.
*Follow and complete the Night Audit checklist to ensure all required tasks are accomplished.
*Collaborate with other departments to address any discrepancies or concerns.
*Generate and distribute various financial and operational reports.
*Support the front desk team with administrative tasks as needed.Qualifications:*Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role (essential).
*Proficiency in Excel and multiple ERP systems.
*Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
*Ability to uphold security and confidentiality procedures.
*Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
*Flexibility to work overnight shifts on a rotating schedule.
*Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
*Basic accounting knowledge.
*Problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
*High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
