By providing tailored hubs to suit its clients needs, Octopus gives companies all the advantages of remote work and offshoring without all the negatives.We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in performance management and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in working with international indices, preparing global reports involving country rankings, and conducting detailed benchmarks. The role requires hands-on experience in building and detailing KPIs (including setting baselines and targets), applying Balanced Scorecards, and translating strategy into measurable and actionable plans.Project-based assignment for a duration of 14 weeksRequirements

Minimum of 8 years of experience in performance management and strategy execution.
Strong knowledge of international indices and country-level rankings.
Proven experience in preparing global performance reports and conducting benchmarks.
Proficient in developing and managing KPIs, including:

Setting baselines
Defining targets
Monitoring and reporting progress

Hands-on experience with the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework.
Ability to translate strategy into measurable actions and performance plans.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Background in working with government entities or international organizations is a plus.
Advanced proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or other performance tracking systems.
