A Land Bank Manager will be responsible to value assets and deliver for a leading private developer in the Kingdom. The role requires a Saudi National with strong stakeholder management skills in dealing with the Municipality, RER and any issues related to the lands owned by the company.
  • Maintain files and documentation database of lands and assets including land information, legal status and technical information
  • Develop a centralized data repository and land factsheet for all lands in the portfolio, including the land history, valuations, technical characteristics, price trends, regularity risks, transactability readiness, and activation priorities and models.
  • Manage Land Fencing activities and regulatory requirements (white land taxes, etc.)
  • Rate lands and tier lands based on their risk profiles and time value changes.
  • Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Ensure that all relevant periodic and ad-hoc reports are prepared timely and accurately, and meet the department's requirements, policies and standards.
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of real estate function systems, processes and practices considering 'international best practice', improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
  • Ensure compliance to relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and a responsible environmental attitude.

Proven experience in driving results and managing key stakeholders including the municipality, while delivering RER and solving any issues related to the lands owned by the company.Must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or any other related field with at least 7 years of experience.
