The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, the hub of the development and home to a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle facilities, retail offerings, 18-hole golf course and more. The Red Sea destination is being built with sustainable practices and tourism at its core, with the masterplan being informed by an impressive marine spatial planning simulation to model the environmental impact of development and operations to minimize over-tourism while providing guests with an exceptional travel and lifestyle experience. The destination will also rely on renewable energy and will only develop a small portion of the islands with expansive dedicated conservation zones. The new Four Seasons Resort will offer approximately 149 rooms and suites, all with uninterrupted views over white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. The property will also feature six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery centre, Kids for All Seasons space and much more. Join the vibrant pre-opening team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea, a sanctuary of refined luxury, sustainability, and extraordinary dining. As a Sous Chef, you will lead one of our diverse culinary outlets—whether it’s the artistry of our Specialty Bar & Restaurant, the efficiency of the Commissary, the authentic flavors of Al Forn Restaurant, or the daily excellence of our Staff Cafeteria.You will inspire your team, maintain impeccable standards, and deliver memorable experiences that reflect Four Seasons’ world-class hospitality.What You Will Do
  • Assist the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine in managing the daily operations of your assigned outlet.
  • Oversee preparation, presentation, and consistency of all dishes, ensuring alignment with Four Seasons’ quality standards.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a multicultural kitchen team, fostering growth, creativity, and collaboration.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to meet financial and sustainability goals.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
  • Collaborate with service teams to coordinate seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Participate in menu creation, seasonal updates, and special promotions.
  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.
What You Bring
  • Minimum 3–5 years of culinary experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, or high-volume operations, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of global cuisines, cooking techniques, and menu development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Experience in high-end or large-scale operations is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different outlets and operational styles.
  • Food Safety and HACCP certification is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
