You will be researching and engaging the kinds of organisations that most people spend years trying to get a meeting with. You will learn how enterprise sales actually works - the strategy, the stakeholders, the craft - from people who do it at the highest level.We are not looking for experience. We are looking for the person who is going to outwork, out-prepare, and out-think everyone else in the room. Research enterprise target accounts and identify the right contacts within large, complex organisations
Execute outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn - with messaging that is sharp, relevant, and tailored to each account
Qualify prospects and convert them into booked meetings for our Enterprise Account Executives
Maintain accurate records in our CRM and manage your outreach cadences with discipline
Share market feedback with the team - what's landing, what objections are coming up, and what needs to change
You are responsible for outcomes: qualified meetings, pipeline created, and the quality of what you pass to the AEs.Who You Are
A recent graduate - your degree doesn’t matter as much, however you are a top performer in your field
Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English - you will be engaging senior stakeholders in both
Naturally curious. You like understanding how large organisations work, what drives their decisions, and where a solution genuinely fits
Comfortable picking up the phone and reaching out to people you've never met - including senior ones
Organised and consistent. You follow through without being reminded and don't let warm leads go cold
You have high attention to detail and are extremely punctual
You take rejection as data, not as a verdict. You adjust and come back stronger
