Senior Creatio Developer

Lead the development and customization of the Creatio CRM platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Design, develop, and implement solutions using Creatio’s Studio and other relevant tools.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Creatio with other systems and applications.
Maintain and enhance existing Creatio solutions, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and functionality.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
Stay updated on the latest features and best practices in the Creatio ecosystem.
Document solutions, processes, and workflows for reference and training.
Participate in project planning, estimation, and status meetings to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in CRM development, with a focus on Creatio.
Proven experience with Creatio’s business processes, configurator, and development environment.
Strong skills in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
Experience in integrating API-based services and third-party applications.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Certifications in Creatio development or related technologies are a plus.
