Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and follow up with outside business stakeholders for timely payments and financial matters.Manage invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable processes.Handle cash management, including distribution and reconciliation of petty cash.Utilize SAP, Ariba, and QuickDice systems efficiently for finance operations.Prepare and submit timely financial reports to the Admin Manager.Support HR tasks including documentation, leave management, and employee coordination.Ensure alignment with external vendors and business partners regarding payment schedules and follow-ups.Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive finance and HR informationRequirements:
Proficiency in SAP, Ariba, and QuickDice is mandatory.Strong knowledge of finance operations, especially invoicing and payment tracking.Experience in managing cash distribution and reconciliation.Excellent communication and coordination skills for dealing with external business partners.Basic understanding of HR functions and policies.Ability to multitask and work independently under minimal supervision.
