We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales / Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, securing projects, and building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors in the construction and technical services sector.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and contracting market.Approach government and private sector clients to present the company’s services.Generate project leads, follow up on potential opportunities, and prepare technical and commercial offers in coordination with the internal team.Attend client meetings and deliver presentations.Register the company with new clients, consultants, and project platforms.Follow up on tenders, analyze requirements, and coordinate submissions.Negotiate contracts and close deals with a win-win approach.Maintain CRM records and track performance metrics.Requirements:Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in contracting or technical services).Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel within the Kingdom.Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).Proactive, target-driven, and professional.Location: Jubail
