The Head of IT will oversee THG’s entire technology ecosystem, ensuring seamless operations, cybersecurity, and digital innovation across all brands and locations in Al Khobar KSA. You will:Key Responsibilities
Strategic LeadershipDevelop and execute THG’s IT roadmap, aligning technology with business growth.Drive digital transformation.Operational ExcellenceManage POS systems, inventory software, and ERP solutions for restaurants and supply chain .Ensure 99.9% uptime for critical systems (reservations, delivery apps, payment gateways).Cybersecurity & ComplianceImplement GDPR/KSA data protection policies for customer/employee data.Secure networks against threats (e.g., payment fraud, phishing).Team & Vendor ManagementLead IT teams and collaborate with marketing (e.g., social media, e-marketing – Page 9) and operations.Negotiate with tech vendors (e.g., POS providers, cloud services).InnovationPilot emerging tech (e.g., blockchain for supply chain transparency, VR for staff training).Qualifications
Must-Have
10+ years in IT, with 5+ years in leadership (hospitality/F&B industry preferred).Expertise in:Hospitality tech stacks (POS like Micros/Toast, ERP, reservation systems).Cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST).Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and data analytics.Proven success in digital transformation projects.Fluency in English & Arabic.Nice-to-Have
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT Management, or related field.Certifications: CISSP, PMP, ITIL.Passion for sustainability tech.Candidate must have valid transferable IQAMA.Share you CV at
