Shad Global is seeking a Freelance Business Development Consultant to help identify and secure construction and industrial projects in the Eastern Province.This is a commission-based opportunity for an experienced professional with strong industry connections and a deep understanding of the Saudi oil & gas, petrochemical, or civil construction sectors.Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue project opportunities in the oil & gas, industrial, or infrastructure sectors
Build relationships with EPC contractors, plant owners, project managers, and procurement teams
Assist in submitting company profiles, prequalification documents, or bids (with internal support)
Communicate project requirements and coordinate meetings between clients and Shad Global
Close deals or secure subcontracts for civil, electrical, mechanical, or site support scopes
