The Channel Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for the Traditional Trade (TT) channel across Saudi Arabia. The role will be based in Jeddah.The Channel Manager Traditional Trade will be responsible for:
  • Developing and implementing the annual TT channel strategy aligned with overall sales and brand objectives
  • Leading and managing distributor relationships, ensuring performance KPIs are met (sales targets, market coverage, in-store execution)
  • Identifying growth opportunities within key geographies and product segments
  • Driving numeric and weighted distribution through effective coverage and route-to-market (RTM) plans
  • Ensuring flawless execution of sales fundamentals (availability, visibility, pricing, and promotions)
  • Negotiating and managing trade agreements, incentives, and contracts with TT partners
