- Developing and implementing the annual TT channel strategy aligned with overall sales and brand objectives
- Leading and managing distributor relationships, ensuring performance KPIs are met (sales targets, market coverage, in-store execution)
- Identifying growth opportunities within key geographies and product segments
- Driving numeric and weighted distribution through effective coverage and route-to-market (RTM) plans
- Ensuring flawless execution of sales fundamentals (availability, visibility, pricing, and promotions)
- Negotiating and managing trade agreements, incentives, and contracts with TT partners
- A proven track record leading successfully the traditional trade channel in Saudi Arabia
- Strong experience in managing distributors
- A solid background in developing and executing channel strategies
- Great communication skills in English and Arabic
